Constantine (3*):  3 to 4 feet

The air is absolutely still on an otherwise dampish and undecided morning down in the bays, a better swell rolling in with some half decent three or even four foot faces to surf on.
Those waves are close together and there’s a fast moving rip creating its own chop but that will shake itself off as the day awakens.
It’s promising to eventually be a fun day of surf in the sun kind of surf.

Harlyn (2*):  1 to 2 feet

A couple of feet of glassy, snappy surf is whipping across the entire bay at Harlyn on a quickly dropping tide.
The swell is likely to ease in size but only slowly through the day the afternoon rising tide pushing just a little extra oomph to it.
The other side will be the place to go today but there could just be a few little tiddlers over here if you have to.

Surf Forecast for Tuesday 17th September 2024

We could just see the start of some very pleasant surf today with a gradually building swell, offshore breezes, a sky full of sunshine and some very quiet surf breaks to play in.
So the two feet of clean and peeling, sunlit surf of the morning should steadily build to three and four feet of super fun surf by the evening.
Enjoy!

Today’s Tide Times:

Low Tide:   11:07 (1.5m)                High Tide:    17:02  (7.1m)

Surf Conditions for the Start of the Week

We are hoping to see a week of long awaited clean and peeling surf with decent weather, offshore breezes and some rare summer sunshine.
As high pressure gradually eases itself over the UK we can expect our weather to settle and calm with light south easterly breezes blowing south easterly to groom and shape any swells that could roll our way.
And we should see a few swells rolling our way produced by a couple of depressions loitering out in the otherwise relatively calm Atlantic.
So once the week gets started and the slow starting Monday shakes off an early morning fug, we should start to enjoy a slow build to a decent three or even four foot swell which will last for a few days at least.
Those sweet September sessions are awaiting your company!
Stay safe, stay happy, stay well and have a great week, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
