Constantine (0*):  2 to 3 feet

A cold, stormy, slow dawn is revealing a sky full of wetness falling over us this morning, driven hard by a blaster of a northerly gale which is tearing apart the four or five feet of already trashed out surf.
It ain’t pretty and it probably ain’t a place you’d want to consider surfing today!

Harlyn (0*):  3 to 4 feet

A stormy nor’ westerly blow is churning the surf at Harlyn this morning, four or five feet of wild and wintery surf crunching onto the beach as the tide drops to low.
This afternoon’s high tide might offer something just about rideable on the inside but I wouldn’t cancel any plans for it.
South Coast anyone?

Today’s Tide Times:

Surf Forecast for Saturday 28th September 2024

A calmer north westerly wind will be continuing to add a bump to the leftover windswell of Friday with only a couple of feet of weak and choppy slop surf to ride for most of the day.
Conditions might just clean up later in the afternoon and the weather should be clearer and calmer anyway and that always makes sense surf sessions a bit more fun!

Surf Conditions for the Weekend

We’re in for a bit of a frustrating weekend this weekend with continuing, although calmer onshore, north westerly winds completely chopping out the small and already sloppy leftover windswell from the end of the week. It’ll be Sunday, or maybe late Saturday before conditions clean up but those offshore, south easterly breezes will only be the start of the next, deep low pressure system as it aims our way!
Any waves worth riding are going to gradually fade away completely through Sunday.
But at least we should be enjoying some drier and brighter weather over the weekend too.
Stay safe, stay happy, stay well and have a great weekend, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
